The prepaid samples are possible to send whenever it is convenient for the customer.

Voucher can be used for bird sexing + PBFD or bird sexing + APV analysis. It is not possible to order bird sexing + PBFD + APV.

The validity of the voucher is unlimited, that is until it is spent.
Vouchers have their own number and their status is monitored. Their status is always sent along with the results.

The vouchers are non-transferable, only the person, whose name is stated on the voucher, can use it.

Vouchers can be ordered by email or by post. The number of the voucher is written on the invoice The voucher number must be indicated on each order, on each order form. If the voucher number is not listed, the order will be invoiced as a regular order.
