Description:  Juvenile laryngeal paralysis and polyneuropathy (JLPP) is a juvenile-onset neuronal disease. This disease causes problems with breathing, swallowing or pneumonia. Nerve affects larynx paralysis, sensory ataxia, later affects hind legs and causes coordination problems. It then extends to the forelegs. Asphyxthiaton and pneumonia may occur due to swallowing problems. Other symptoms include ocular changes and sensory ataxia. The disease is incurable and leads to the death of the affected animal within a few months of the first symptoms being observed.
